Arrival Time and Place
Morning Volunteers need to arrive by 7:30 am in time to get shirts and team assignments. The first vendors will arrive around 8 am and we need to be ready to unload them.
Mid-day and Late day volunteer arrivals will be expressed in outgoing communications.
The volunteer check out is located at the top of the park on behind the side of the stage closest to the playground. Look for our branded canopies.
Parking
Volunteers with vehicles will be provided with a parking pass. We have two areas for volunteer parking. Parking Passes must be visible or you may be towed/ ticketed.
