Vendor Arrival Times and Parking

Arrival Times

Vendor vehicles are only allowed in the park  between 8am and 9:00 am. Vendors located in the top right quarter of the map are scheduled to arrive between 8 and 8:15am. The lower right vendors are scheduled to arrive at 8:30. The lower left vendors are scheduled toa rrive at 8:45 am and the upper left vendors are scheduled to arrive at 9:00am. To swiftly fill in the park and avoid traffic jams, we will provide you with a team of volunteers so that you can quickly onload and proceed to the (6th Street) Columbia Bank parking garage at 500 Broadway. 

8:15 am: Vendors 35-43, 58-62 
8:30 am: Vendors 19-33 + Bricks
8:45 am: Vendors 14-18, 47-57
9:00 am: Vendors 1-13, 44-46


Parking
Each vendor will receive 1 parking pass per 10x10 registration. The parking pass is only good for the Columbia Bank parking garage. Please place the pass in your dashboard to avoid a ticket for nonpayment. Do not park in any space that has a cone. Those are reserved for the musicians, event officials, and other entertainers. 

Leaving

Vendors may enter the park with vehicles after the musicians have left the loading zone apprx 4pm. Please be prepared to load up quickly so that park staff can leave no later than 5:00pm.
