2025 JUNETEENTH
EVENT INFORMATION
MEET THE PERFORMERS!

Jujuba delivers a funky, danceable style of Nigerian Afrobeat and Juju Music.
Renowned for their ability to engage a wide variety of audiences, the band draws a dance floor full of smiling faces at every performance. As Marty Hughley of The Oregonian put it, "the heat and flavor was all in the groove."
WAMBA is a contemporary African music project blending traditional rhythms from Ghana with Jazz, Funk, Afrobeat, Highlife, and Latin influences. Their performances feature powerful African percussion breaks, vibrant improvisation, and a mix of traditional and original compositions. With a versatile lineup of vocals, percussion, guitar, bass, drums, and horns, Wamba delivers a dynamic and immersive musical experience.

Tha Jewler, a versatile creative, began as a producer and evolved into an artist and DJ. COVID-19 aided his growth as a DJ, leading to regular performances in the northwest and throughout the country. In addition to music, he assumes roles as a son, brother, father, leader, and problem solver.
